I currently work as a Growth Data Analyst at Bolt, while also building as a software and product engineer focused on reliable web applications, internal platforms, and CRM workflows that solve operational problems and create measurable business impact.

From architecture through delivery, I work across the full stack: product scoping, API and database design, frontend implementation, automation, and infrastructure-aware execution. I also build data pipelines, analytics models, and KPI dashboards that turn raw data into insights and guide product decisions.

The goal is always practical outcomes: translate ambiguous requirements into shipped systems, instrument them with KPIs and analytics, and keep iterating until teams move faster, reduce manual overhead, and make better decisions.

At Bolt, I designed and shipped an internal quality intelligence platform that replaced fragmented Google Forms and manual coordination with one secure system for QA evaluations, dispute handling, coaching documentation, and operational reporting. I built the product end-to-end with Next.js and TypeScript, modeled workflows and data in Supabase/PostgreSQL, implemented role-based access control with row-level security for QA specialists, managers, specialists, and admins, and delivered analytics dashboards that turn raw evaluations into actionable team insights. This project combined product thinking, full-stack architecture, data modeling, security-first engineering, and internal UX design, and resulted in faster evaluation cycles, lower coordination overhead, stronger auditability, and much better visibility into performance trends and follow-up actions.
